Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other established modalities to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
