This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your work while providing clinical therapy to clients. However, you may occasionally visit our outpatient office located in Elizabeth, NJ, for team meetings or collaborative sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine clients’ needs and challenges during clinical sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and maintaining professional boundaries in challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
