Key Responsibilities\n

• Document patient interactions with diligence, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and record-keeping protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient therapy program serves a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Counselors will develop tailored therapeutic plans to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, with a focus on fostering resilience and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an independent license such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Strong knowledge of record-keeping procedures relevant to client charts and privacy regulations is necessary.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable, insured transportation in compliance with state laws.

Compensation and Benefits\n
