Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Monitor and assess client progress toward established therapeutic goals and modify treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Provide support and psychoeducation to family members and primary caregivers to assist in managing mental health issues effectively.

• Proactively identify and address behaviors that may hinder client recovery, ensuring a safe and constructive therapeutic environment.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health records (EHR) system while adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $101,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Our competitive compensation package includes a sign-on bonus and opportunities for annual increases based on productivity.
