Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Providing evidence-based individual therapy sessions to clients ranging from children to adults, focusing on diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions.

• Collaboratively developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable outcomes and evidence-based practices, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Offering crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive interventions to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health challenges, fostering understanding, resilience, and equipping them with coping strategies, while also guiding them through available community resources.

• Maintaining precise documentation of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards regarding confidentiality.

• Adhering to the highest ethical standards and state regulations governing the practice of counseling, including informed consent and client confidentiality.

• Demonstrating cultural competence by providing sensitive and individualized care to clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity in all therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in outpatient therapy practices.

• Experience working within a telehealth platform, familiar with remote counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
