Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and personal goals, establishing a baseline for individualized therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and focusing on immediate problem resolution.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records for each client, documenting assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent licensure.

• Require a minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a related mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
