Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools for evaluating clients, as guided by the clinical team, to ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that foster client success.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, reinforcing compliance and quality of care within our services.

• Act as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and resource accessibility.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs, facilitating the development of new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and statewide meetings, to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

• Represent Metro West Behavioral Health at community events and collaborative forums, promoting our organizational values and mission.

• Fulfill any other duties assigned by the Clinic Director to support departmental operations and continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various emotional challenges, those in recovery from substance abuse, and clients living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You will work closely with clients to foster therapeutic relationships that empower them and facilitate healing in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health field is required for this role.

• Active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
