Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, risk assessments, and medication management strategies.

• Document therapy sessions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards by completing required paperwork promptly and accurately.
\n
• Implement evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to identify client needs and monitor progress effectively.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of care provided.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to coordinate care effectively.

• Maintain open communication channels to meet contract standards and align with our organizational mission.

• Develop partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and identify new funding opportunities.

• Participate in professional development activities such as attending conferences, delivering presentations, and joining task forces related to mental health.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
