Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring each individual receives personalized care.

• Facilitate the development of pre-crisis and crisis management plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets all regulatory standards and supports optimal patient care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to identify patient needs efficiently.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to essential service systems, state agencies, and community organizations to advocate for patient needs.
\n
• Develop and nurture partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to secure additional resources and funding for programs.
\n
• Take initiative in attending and participating in professional development opportunities such as conferences and training sessions.
\n
• Represent the organization in statewide meetings and task forces, contributing your expertise to shared community goals.

• Embody and promote the agency’s mission, values, and philosophies in all interactions.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s objectives and patient care initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing counseling services to individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and residual effects from developmental disabilities. You will play an essential role in guiding them through their recovery journey, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster engagement, resilience, and recovery. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC as recognized by the state board.

• Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and the ability to prepare accurate reports with attention to detail.
