Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring tailored therapy strategies are implemented.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care and support.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of client information.

• Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current on best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for performance bonuses.
