This position is primarily remote, providing you with flexibility while still allowing for regular collaboration with our outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, enabling targeted and effective interventions.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure effective treatment.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver integrative care to clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
