Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored specifically to them.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals, enabling clients to track their progress effectively.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention services, demonstrating swift action and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises to ensure their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
