Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth to assess clients’ struggles, provide emotional support, and promote coping skills.

• Monitor client progress throughout their personalized treatment plans and adjust approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health specialists, to develop effective intervention plans.

• Conduct follow-up with medical professionals concerning clients who may require hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care during critical transitions.

Qualifications\n
