Additionally, we support our counselors in obtaining state licensure by covering the associated fees for LMHC candidates who currently hold licensure in other states.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, detailing pre-crisis strategies, crisis response plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and assessments to evaluate client needs, facilitate treatment, and inform ongoing care strategies.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to craft and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage actively in regulatory licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating compliance and excellence in service delivery.
