Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of mental health care.

• Serve as a vital connection between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure that resources are leveraged effectively.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to promote program visibility and foster community trust.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state agencies to explore opportunities for collaboration and funding that enhance our service offerings.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as conferences and workshops, to expand your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Embody and advocate for the agency’s mission, values, and ethical principles within your practice and through community engagement.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support the ongoing mission of our organization.
