Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on individual needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and is completed in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately evaluate clients' mental health and develop effective strategies for their care.

• Work alongside various programs within the clinic to implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients' well-being.

• Actively engage with licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and national guidelines.

• Serve as a liaison to local service systems and state agencies, fostering connections that benefit our clients.

• Establish and maintain communications with community partners to promote and identify new resources, alliances, and funding opportunities.

• Engage in personal and professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and community meetings relevant to mental health.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team goals and initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with mental health challenges, substance use recovery, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your role will focus on supporting clients through tailored therapeutic approaches that consider their unique backgrounds, needs, and goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An independent LMHC license is required to practice in Massachusetts.
