Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gain an in-depth understanding of client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that take into account their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds, leveraging evidence-based practices.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, or group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in psychoeducation with clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and skills to manage their mental health effectively.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide holistic care for clients.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and be prepared to make adjustments to treatment plans based on clients’ progress and feedback.

• Stay informed of advancements in mental health research and integrate best practices into your therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
