This position is designed to be remote, providing flexibility while ensuring proactive engagement with clients and team members. You will collaborate closely with a range of health professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, all dedicated to creating and executing tailored rehabilitation programs for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to discuss their personal goals, preferences, and available treatment options, ensuring that care plans align with their unique needs.

• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans for each client that consider their education levels, aptitudes, physical abilities, and aspirations for future employment. Modify these plans as necessary as you track their progress.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of specialists to design comprehensive treatment strategies that holistically support clients and address their mental health needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate case files and records, documenting essential client information, service delivery, eligibility details, and clinical narratives in a timely manner.
\n
• Continuously monitor and document client progress towards their goals, recognizing when adjustments are needed to ensure successful outcomes.
\n
• Stay in regular contact with clients while they participate in job training and occupational placement programs, providing guidance and resolving any challenges that arise.
\n
• Engage actively with clients' families to understand their perspectives and how best to support their loved ones’ needs.
\n
• Conduct timely assessments and analyses of clients’ situations, providing recommendations for additional resources where appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will encompass a diverse client base seeking mental health support. You will engage with individuals facing various challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Your role will empower these clients to take actionable steps towards recovery while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment that promotes independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
\n
• A solid background in mental health treatment, particularly with clients experiencing mental health and mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.
\n
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for enacting transformative change in clients' lives.
\n
• Proficient clinical skills, particularly in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience within a community health setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices within a healthcare environment.

• Experience in developing and implementing rehabilitation or treatment plans.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 – 100,000 .
