Work Environment\n

This position operates primarily in a remote setting, offering the flexibility to provide therapy from a location that suits you while adhering to our outpatient office standards. While our core working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, a willingness to accommodate occasional evenings or weekends may be necessary to meet client needs and ensure optimal treatment schedules. You will have access to cutting-edge telehealth technologies, enabling seamless communication and effective therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and craft personalized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the goals of each client, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will serve a diverse array of clients, including those struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and addiction issues. You will help clients build resilience and coping strategies that lead to enhanced mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
