Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a comprehensive range of outpatient mental health services, including conducting initial intakes, individual therapy sessions, group sessions, and family therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to align with each client's unique mental health needs and recovery goals.

• Perform mental health assessments, offer counseling, make appropriate referrals, and provide intervention services tailored to the client's circumstances.

• Ensure that all documentation and records are accurately maintained and completed in compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as internal guidelines.

• Prepare detailed reports for court, schools, and other relevant community agencies when necessary, showcasing a clear understanding of legal requirements.

• Maintain ongoing communication with psychiatrists or attending physicians in cases involving hospital admissions to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Collaborate effectively with external psychiatric care providers and community programs to coordinate treatment sessions for clients in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide services tailored specifically to each client's needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment where they can share their experiences and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current practitioner license through the clinical therapy board in your state is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health counseling or related services.

• Strong knowledge of legal guidelines concerning psychiatric admissions and mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, dependent on hours worked and experience.
