Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs, therapeutic challenges, and personal goals. For instance, create rapport through initial consultations that set a foundation for ongoing support.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear objectives that reflect their aspirations and preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Educate clients on mental health topics, including coping strategies and community resources, empowering them to take control of their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, through consistent documentation practices.

• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines while fostering a therapeutic environment that respects client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
