Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage in all processes related to clinic licensing and accreditation, contributing to continuous improvement and high standards of practice.

• Serve as a crucial point of contact and liaison between state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems, fostering a collaborative approach to mental health care.

• Maintain open and effective communication channels to meet contract standards and uphold the mission of WeCare in the community.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote clinic programs and seek new resources or funding opportunities.

• Engage in professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and other relevant educational opportunities, taking initiative to stay at the forefront of behavioral health practices.

• Uphold and promote the agency’s core mission and values in all interactions and collaborations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with emotional stress, substance abuse issues, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
