This position is designed for telehealth, meaning you will conduct therapy sessions remotely, using secure video conferencing tools tailored to the needs of our patients. The role offers the flexibility to work from home while maintaining regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms in patients experiencing mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that take into account their unique circumstances and mental health goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client recovery and promote mental health stability.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process, and make necessary adjustments to their individualized treatment plans based on evolving needs.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care that maximizes therapeutic outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health, particularly regarding mood disorder interventions, to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation for all client sessions and assessments, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
