Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques, to provide effective individual therapy sessions.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals as necessary to reflect their progress and evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessible mental health care for clients who prefer remote sessions or face geographical/physical barriers to in-person consultations.

• Document treatment plans, client interactions, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to ethical standards of practice and state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
