Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and tailor treatment plans effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and being able to connect with them empathetically and without judgment is essential for their therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
