Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group workshops that address topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma resolution, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health practitioners, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by engaging in training and workshops that focus on industry best practices and emerging therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Serenity of Hope, you will work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. You will help clients navigate their mental health challenges, provide strategies for empowerment, and facilitate positive behavioral changes that enhance their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state licensure including LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• At least two years of relevant experience working directly with individuals facing various emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to cultivate rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
