Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' issues and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and strengths.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Engage in team collaboration, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance treatment effectiveness and client satisfaction.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Develop strong therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering an open and trusting environment for discussion of sensitive issues.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services tailored to their unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come from various socio-economic backgrounds and include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Providing therapy via telehealth means adapting to clients' unique home environments while ensuring they feel comfortable and safe during sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A strong commitment to ethical and culturally competent practices in mental health care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
