Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed client assessments to identify specific mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and flexible.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver high-quality remote counseling services.

• Communicate regularly with clients to evaluate progress, adapt treatment strategies, and provide ongoing motivation and support.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, including HIPAA, while maintaining comprehensive session notes and treatment plans.

• Participate in weekly team meetings for case discussions, peer supervision, and ongoing skill development to keep abreast of best practices in teletherapy.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong communication skills, with an ability to build rapport remotely and effectively engage with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a genuine desire to understand and support clients through their mental health journeys.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills necessary for maintaining a productive caseload in a remote setting.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, based upon your caseload and experience level.
