Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address specific patient needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, allowing clients to process trauma and gain coping mechanisms in a safe environment.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients feel secure and understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.
