This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our clinical team. Our telehealth facility operates Monday through Saturday, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively. We provide in-house credentialing and assist with managing your insurance participation, empowering you to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to understand their mental health needs thoroughly.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist patients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, attending regular patient rounds and meetings to discuss treatment interventions and document progress accurately.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, working closely with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Maintain compliance with documentation protocols, completing all necessary records in a timely manner while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Foster a therapeutic relationship through empathetic listening and support, ensuring patients feel valued and understood in their healing journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are diverse, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of case presentations, which will enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing direct therapeutic services in a mental health setting.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and a comfortability with digital communication tools to engage clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
