This position is primarily a telehealth role, enabling our counselors to support clients remotely while maintaining a high standard of care. While most sessions occur during daytime hours from Monday to Friday, there is an understanding of the need for occasional scheduling flexibility to meet our clients' diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions through virtual platforms for clients struggling with a wide range of mental health issues.

• Provide group and family therapy sessions, focusing on the specific needs of clients and meeting established DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and parenting classes to empower families with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective parenting and family management.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including case materials, treatment plans, and billing documentation as part of our well-organized administrative system.

• Comply with contractual obligations by billing a designated number of reimbursable hours, thereby contributing to the clinic’s operational success.

• Actively engage in team meetings and clinical supervision to enhance personal development and contribute to the overall team dynamic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
