Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster healthy therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and coordinate upcoming appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Formulate, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that are both person-centered and effective.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client interaction.

• Complete intake assessments to gather essential background and current mental health status for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
