Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual concerns.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly evaluating their progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy sessions while ensuring a secure, supportive, and engaging virtual environment for clients who may face barriers to in-person care.

• Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration to remain current with the latest practices and innovations in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Doctor of Psychology - PsyD).
