Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support patients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop action plans for clients during critical mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on supporting individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues, particularly those with co-occurring conditions that complicate their treatment. You will work with patients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, chronic pain, and other psychosomatic symptoms. Your experience and expertise will be paramount in guiding them towards recovery while firmly rooted in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues as they relate to co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and management software.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
