Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing individualized therapy strategies aimed at trauma recovery, employing evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping mechanisms, and promoting overall emotional well-being.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create seamless integrated care solutions for patients.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies while remaining composed under stress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
