Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health issues through virtual consultations, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with clients to identify therapeutic objectives and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective interventions.

• Engage in teletherapy sessions, bringing compassion and expertise to clients who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD in your respective state is mandatory.

• Proven experience in delivering telehealth therapy services, particularly to adolescents and young adults.

• Advanced proficiency with technology, including familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and Google Suite.
