Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from your preferred location while contributing to a team dedicated to making a difference. Our outpatient office setting focuses on collaborative care, with an emphasis on teamwork and integrated service delivery. Our counselors enjoy a regular workweek from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans in alignment with individual client goals and progress.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions based on the unique needs of clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care that reflects each client’s holistic needs.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines, while documenting clinical progress accurately.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to exchange knowledge, address challenges, and enhance professional skills.

We also help clients facing emotional crises, providing trauma-informed care and interventions for suicide prevention. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• An active and independent LMHC license in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
