Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing mental health assessments to evaluate clients' statuses and identify treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using culturally responsive methodologies, addressing specific client needs and preferences.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment strategies to align with client progress and feedback, ensuring effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care and provide necessary referrals.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of diverse individuals from various backgrounds, including those facing acute mental health issues, chronic disorders, and transitional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficient in conducting both individual and group therapies, utilizing inclusive techniques to engage clients.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure during challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
