Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure video chat, providing personalized mental health support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Health Pile, you will work with a variety of clients who have been prescreened and are generally stable, presenting with low acuity. This focus allows our therapists to concentrate on cultivating insightful dialogues and long-term coping strategies, leading to improved mental health outcomes. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, enabling a rich tapestry of interactions that enhance both personal and professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active independent mental health license from the state, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Excellent decision-making and evaluation skills to create effective treatment plans.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, empathetic approach towards clients.

• Proficient computer skills to facilitate the use of telehealth platforms and documentation systems.
