Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, formulating tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—to provide individual, group, and family therapy.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, addressing all aspects of their mental health needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, employing your skills to support clients in acute distress and navigating emergency situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active mental health license such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD, enabling you to practice without supervision.
