Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions through video chat with a focus on fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of emotional and mental health disorders, such as grief, anxiety, and stress, using evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. Clients are pre-screened, ensuring you work with individuals who are ready to engage with therapeutic support. This allows you to focus on outcomes and utilizing strategies that resonate with their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state where you practice.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience with a focus on mood disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000, depending on hours worked and experience.
