Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs. You will formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique challenges presented by each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or person-centered therapy, depending on client needs.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients, thus enhancing treatment effectiveness and overall outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and guidance for clients navigating acute distress or emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support is available.

• Participate in community outreach projects and educational sessions aimed at spreading mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n
