Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual meetings to determine clients’ mental health status and establish therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as chronic mental health disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and other complex psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

  A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic practices.

  In-depth understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.

  Strong commitment to ethical practices and the maintenance of confidentiality in a therapeutic context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
