This position is designed as a remote telehealth role, allowing you to provide care from the flexibility of your own space while facing the growing challenges of mental health treatment during and beyond the pandemic. You can expect a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific needs of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, using standardized evaluation tools.

• Utilize evidence-based methods such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual counseling sessions and group therapy sessions, offering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences related to addiction.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and coordinated care, addressing the comprehensive needs of patients.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, implementing immediate support techniques during substance-related emergencies to ensure client safety.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated understanding of substance use disorders and recovery-oriented care, coupled with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strength in providing both individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
