Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving stress reduction, relaxation, and overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual client stressors, challenges, and goals, allowing for the customization of therapeutic approaches that integrate mindfulness techniques.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, such as meditation and breathwork, to foster greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporate mindfulness principles into one-on-one therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and facilitating holistic client growth.

Qualifications\n

• Required: A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proficient in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic interventions.
