Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with clients in establishing therapeutic goals, ensuring open communication and feedback throughout the treatment process to adjust plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Engage in regular documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and case notes to comply with regulatory standards and facilitate effective care continuity.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending webinars, workshops, or conferences to enhance clinical skills and stay current with emerging best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
