Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations or face accessibility challenges, ensuring a comfortable environment for open discussions.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and participation in research to stay current with emerging therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By utilizing a person-centered approach, you will empower clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies that facilitate healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
\n
• Proficiency in technology and familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and tools such as Google Suite to efficiently manage client information and sessions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and document sessions professionally.

• Strong empathetic skills and a warm demeanor suitable for fostering therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ideally within a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
