Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and emotional well-being using standardized tools and interviews, ensuring a holistic understanding of their challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals, with careful consideration of their cultural backgrounds.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Regularly monitor and track clients’ progress, utilizing metrics to adjust treatment plans accordingly and ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies employed.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in moments of acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and immediate support resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a wide-ranging multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to coordinate care and support comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment modalities, participating in regular professional development workshops and continuing education.

• Participate in peer supervision and case reviews to foster a culture of feedback and continual improvement in therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have a minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling role. Experience in teletherapy or video counseling is a plus, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonus opportunities.
