Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and craft personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant frameworks that align with our clients' goals.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing appropriate coping mechanisms and immediate therapeutic support strategies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including accurate treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments, adhering to all ethical and legal standards required in mental health practices.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to $100,000 annually, with a potential sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
