Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth patient assessments and screenings to identify mental health issues and to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focusing on evidence-based methodologies, ensuring that clients have opportunities to explore their feelings and create actionable strategies for recovery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with a diverse clientele that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, family issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Eligibility for a valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with a proven track record of success in engaging clients.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create rapport quickly and motivate clients through their therapeutic journeys.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in utilizing various computer applications to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who bring at least 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling. Specialized training or certifications in therapeutic modalities or approaches (such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care) would be highly valued. Your experience will enable you to assess client needs effectively and execute impactful intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
